About the speaker

Jonathan Reynolds, Fellow in Retail Marketing
Templeton College, University of Oxford

Jonathan Reynolds has experience as a geographer, urban planner and retailer. He now teaches
and researches in the areas of retailing and technology, retail and services marketing and retail
planning and development. He has published and spoken widely on structural changes in retailing,
on high technology distribution channels and in the fields of database, direct and local marketing.

As well as being a Fellow of Templeton College, Oxford University's College for executive education,
Jonathan is also a lecturer in marketing at the University's Said Business School. Jonathan is also
Director of the Oxford Institute of Retail Management (OXIRM).
