Steve Scholey, Site Research Manager at B&Q, part of Europe’s largest DIY retailer, will introduce short presentations from colleagues on how B&Q identifies and targets customers for both their ‘bricks’ and ‘clicks’ retail formats.

After a mixed early career including gold prospecting, environmental surveying and devising clever formulae to help local government allocate school budgets, Steve joined B&Q's Supply Chain in 1996. He moved to Site Research in 1998 and has headed up the team for the last 3 years.

Please book early for what promises to be a very interesting evening. Please supply the names of all people attending as these will be required by B&Q Security before the event.
