Martin will explain The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham's use of geodemographics to estimate residents' preferred means of accessing Council services. He will demonstrate how GIS has been used to map and analyse the distribution of residents' service use and to predict the ideal locations for council offices where residents can access their council services.
He will go on to show how geodemographics can be used in the Council's communications strategy.
