The Society for Property Researchers

The Society of Property Researchers (SPR) is a professional association for practicing property researchers. It has a membership of over 500 individuals working in a variety of organisations; from surveying firms to independent research companies, from academics to institutions. The majority are based in the UK, but a growing number are working overseas. SPR offers its members the opportunity to network, keep abreast of current trends and update skills and provides many opportunities for interaction with people engaged not only in property research, but across the entire property industry.

OXIRM RLA training course
The Oxford Institute of Retail Management – Retail Location Analysis training course

The programme offers managers with oversight of planning, development and site assessment – from retail, consumer service, property and other professional services businesses – the opportunity to explore the latest thinking in retail location analysis. The three day residential programme remains the only one of its kind. A tried and tested, deliberately small-scale approach, encourages discussion with speakers and individual learning through techniques workshops.
