A highly experienced Location Planning professional. Six years at a former FTSE 30 company and, more recently, in financial services. Responsible for setting up two Location Planning departments and for quickly securing credibility from senior management for objective, value-added research, analysis and decision-making.

Considerable experience in strategy development, operationalisation and implementation including the network planning for a number of M&A activities. Proactive creation of innovative and robust strategies based on leading-edge knowledge management, modelling and analysis (including high-end GIS). Development of strategy into pragmatic operational plans working closely with Property, Marketing and HR departments. Highly experienced at selling network planning solutions to senior management and for justifying multi-million pound capital & revenue expenditure programmes, including major structural realignments of networks. Experience covers the full range of network planning solutions including new branches, resites, refurbishments, property asset planning, new branch design, and the piloting of new branch concepts.
